Australia Post still delivering but COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather conditions may cause delays in some effected areas.

Flooding and extreme weather conditions across the Northern Rivers Region in New South Wales and in Queensland are causing some delivery delays for items coming in and out of these regions. Local deliveries in flood-affected areas are also impacted.

The safety of our people and the community is our priority and we will recommence deliveries as soon as it is safe to do so.

Australia Post Offices remain open and deliveries are continuing, but delays may occur due to COVID-19 restrictions. Limited flights and high parcel volumes are currently being experienced, which may impact your orders delivery time frame. 

SHIPPING TERMS 

We ship all product orders directly from our Lueur Interiors warehouse, Via Australia Post. Once an order is paid in full and fulfilled, you will receive an email from Lueur Interiors, with your tracking number via the email address linked to your order once we have shipped your order.

Standard Domestic Post $12.95 2-6 Business Days* for all orders under $199.00

A $12.95 AUD Flat Rate for all shipping is applied for purchases of $199.00 and under.

Express Shipping Rate $15.95 which takes usually 2-4 Business Days*

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is applied to all orders with the total value of $200.00 and above for domestic orders within Australia. *This excludes bulky items*

All orders are sent via Standard Domestic Shipping via Australia Post. 

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST -GMT+11) will be shipped the same day, provided your order is complete, paid in full and does not contain a Pre-ordered item.

CLICK AND COLLECT

If you are local form 3437, and would like to pick up your items from our New Gisborne Warehouse 3438, you can select 'Pick Up' at no cost.

We will advise when your items are ready for collection via email. Please allow normal "dispatch" times of 1-2 business days to get your order ready for collection.

Please note our limited warehouse orders are available to collect weekdays MONDAY - FRIDAY from 10am -5pm (subject to change) so we require at-least 24 business hours notice of the day and time you wish to collect your order, to ensure we are available to service you. Your requested time will need to be approved prior to your collecting via email.
 
READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Ready to Ship items are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing an order. They are sent via Standard delivery. If you would like your item sent as an Express Delivery, please choose express delivery method at your checkout. 
 
PRE-ORDER ITEMS

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet in stock. All pre-order items are clearly labelled and include their approx delivery date in the item description text. If your order contains any pre-order items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the final piece has arrived in store. All items as one delivery once pre order items arrive and are in stock at Lueur Interiors.

If you would like your in-stock items prior to the pre-order items, please either process your orders separately or contact us at hello@lueurinteriors.com.au to process an additional shipping payment in order to have Ready to Ship items sent out to you first and your pre-ordered item in a separate delivery.
